Clients are welcome to cancel or reschedule anytime up to 48 hours before their appointment. Changes made within 48 hours of the appointment will require a 50% non-refundable fee of the service total to rebook. As a one-time courtesy each calendar year, this fee may be applied toward the rescheduled appointment. Any additional short-notice cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
