Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours prior to their appointment. Appointments changed within 48 hours will require a 50% non-refundable fee of the scheduled service. As a one-time courtesy per calendar year, this fee may be applied toward a rescheduled appointment. No-shows (missed appointments without notice) will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total and are non-retundable. This fee will not be applied toward a future appointment. Rebooking after a no-show may be declined and may require a deposit to book. Any additional short-notice changes will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
